- Please provide the details exactly as you would like them to appear on the ornament. I do not provide mockups, so the ornament will be made with the text exactly as entered.
ABOUT YOUR PHOTO
Your image will be UV-printed onto a 4cm x 7cm acrylic ornament. Because of the small print size, please note that photos with the faces super far away, screenshots, zoomed-in photos, or low-resolution files may appear slightly grainy or less sharp once printed.
To ensure the best possible result:
- Please send a clear, high-resolution photo
- Avoid dark, blurry, heavily cropped, or pixelated images
- Closer-up photos print the clearest on this material and size
- For minimal cropping, vertical images are strongly recommended
Please note: The final print quality depends on the clarity of the photo provided, so it is the customer’s responsibility to submit a suitable, high-quality image for printing.
PROCESSING TIME
Refer to the listing for the most accurate processing times. Please note that these times may be longer during the holiday season. If you need your order sooner, feel free to message me.
SHIPPING – PLEASE READ
- If you are located in Canada and are comfortable with untracked shipping, I can send your package via letter mail, which will make your shipping free. Please contact me, and I will adjust the shipping cost for you.
- However, please note that once your order has been dispatched, I will not be able to track it. Keep this in mind when placing your order, as I cannot guarantee delivery dates for untracked shipments and am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves my shop, it is the responsibility of the post office. Choosing the untracked shipping option is entirely at your discretion.

- Average delivery time within Canada and the US is between 5-13 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or for international orders.
